Folks, here at Amber Ostrich, we are about to take on the impossible and bring you two sales in one weekend. Less then half a mile apart.
That’s right. We are back down South in Onion Creek the weekend of May 25/26 (Friday and Saturday) and we will have two homes open, packed with generations of stuff, ready for the shopping.
First Sale: Around the World in 80 Years
Our first sale is dubbed “Around the World in 80 Years.” This couple traveled extensively and brought back plenty for y’all to pick through.

In this sale we’ve got U.S. Air Force military mementos, coins, 3 rifles, Longhorn memorabilia, and garden items. We’ve even got a peach tree out front. It’s not for sale, but if you buy something, we’ll give you a fresh peach! (While supplies last.)
Second Sale: Mid-Century Modern and Sci Fi
Nestled up against a golf course, this 4000 square-foot was home to a doctor who loved his sci fi.
We’ve got over 1000 vintage sci fi paperbacks; original photos from CIA buildings; mid-century modern furniture; kitsch; decor; vinyl LP’s ; and eight plus years of Analog sci fi magazine starting from 1973.
