We are working hard on our next sale which will take place Labor Day Weekend.
It will start on Friday Sept 2nd, through Sunday Sept. 4th.

A real true MAN CAVE sale, to be sure.

Oh there will be some things for the women who accompany the men… but this is really HIS sale……… TOOLS TOOLS TOOLS and more……

Address and hours will be posted 1 week prior to opening.

You may have seen my facebook post earlier this month re my ‘Estate Sale Find’ from this sale, the photo of my clients uncle with his pet monkey! I was sorting through the large collection of old photographs for the sale. I came across this gem of a photo.

Yep… her uncle actually had a pet monkey! This is such a great photo. But the question remains…. does this make him a “monkey’s uncle?

Guess what I found today? The matching photo of my client and her brother as children WITH THE PET MONKEY!

Check out the little girl’s face…..

She is both Curious and Terrified all at the same time!

Both of these photos will be for sale as well as a very large collection of other ephemera, more photos, photo albumns, scrap books, old greeting cards, school report cards, year books, postcards, cookbooklets, and the like. All priced to sell.

Ready-Set-Go

Mark your calendars folks, this is going to be a good one. We unearthed so much great stuff that it is going to be a 3-day event.

Calling this one Antiques and Country Chic. Our clients mom, liked to decorate country style, which includes a nice dose of American Antiques.

For example, check out one of the bedrooms we staged with all the ‘smaller’ furniture items and the like.

Back from vacation and starting work on our next estate sale.

Exact date TBD, most likely the first weekend in August. (should be cooler by then right?) ha

Unearthing great finds, including some great vintage ephemera, lots of photos, postcards and the like.

Taking a short vacation with my friends in Italy. But we have plenty of work to do upon my return. Will be announcing next sale, with photos and details.

Here it is the afternoon before we open the doors to the great estate sale in Onion Creek. Our clients have just brought in 6 more boxes of things they decided they did not really need after all!
This is a good thing, no time to add more photos, just rest assured, this is shaping up to be a great sale.

Wow……

Who knew so much could be stored in a single broom closet?

I have to admit this broom closet would serve me well as a walk in closet myself, but hey they say cleanness is next to……

Here is the inventory and it is all FOR SALE.
Bissel Multi Surface 2 X Deep Clean,  Dyson Bagless Animal Hair expert machine, Westinghouse Canister Vac, various Swifter type deals, (my mom swears by these cleaning utensils) dust mops and brooms.

Don’t be shy, if we can put a price tag on it, we will sell it. Often we will make up LOT boxes of various cleaning supplies, detergents etc. So come hunt for the treasures and bargains.

We always welcome last minute add in’s from our clients. And this is no exception. They parted with some of their LP’s but I think the coolest part is the comics. I have to admit I know next to nothing about comics, but these have great graphics, and covers all the same.
The sale is shaping up and looking good.
